The takeover of MAKK AG by the Hammer Group will take effect retrospectively as of January 1, 2022. Together with the previous managing director Emilio Melliger and all employees, the new owner will fully continue and develop the previous activities. The change of ownership does not result in any changes for customers and partners, the contact persons remain the same. The previous owner Albert Keel will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
