The coronavirus pandemic has hardly left any traces on the market for rental apartments, writes homegate.ch<\/a> in a message<\/a> on the annual review of the homegate.ch rental index. The analysts observed the sharpest increase in rental prices in the year under review with 2.7 percent in Appenzell. In the cantons of Geneva, Thurgau, Zug, Graub\u00fcnden and Zurich, rents have also risen faster than the Swiss average, with values between 2.6 and 2.3 percent, the press release explains.
