<\/strong>Added to this is the fact that, since the Federal Office for Spatial Development\u2019s finding in February 2026, Locarno has exceeded the 20 per cent threshold for second homes. Since then, in principle, no new second homes may be authorised within the city limits, subject to statutory exceptions.
