eBau is already online in the canton of Thurgau, albeit only in a pilot phase and available gradually depending on the municipality. The consultation currently underway therefore aims to establish the legal basis for a wider roll-out. <\/strong>The canton anticipates one-off costs of around 1.2 million Swiss francs for the development and introduction of eBau and ePlan. According to the documentation, this sum is covered by the project, with the political municipalities contributing a total of 590,000 Swiss francs. As things stand, from 2027 onwards, annual costs of around 250,000 Swiss francs will be incurred for support, maintenance, operation and further development, with the canton and the municipalities each bearing half of these costs.<\/p>\n
