Halter AG<\/a>, a construction and property firm based in Schlieren, has built a residential and commercial complex in Oberdorf for the Nidwalden Cantonal Pension Fund<\/a>, which is based in Stans. According to a post<\/a> on LinkedIn, the project, named ZenO<\/a>, was built on the historic Landsgemeindeplatz in the centre of Oberdorf.<\/p>\n

The residential and commercial property, comprising 50 high-quality apartments and retail space, was handed over at the end of March, the post states. The first tenants moved into the ZenO project at the beginning of May. As the anchor tenant, Migros<\/a> will ensure the long-term provision of local amenities for residents.<\/p>\n

The development is dominated by a striking wooden fa\u00e7ade. The building follows a sustainable management concept. An integrated photovoltaic system and district heating supplied by the Stans Cooperative<\/a> contribute to resource-efficient operation. The Stans Cooperative manages the historic community assets.
