Halter AG<\/a>, a construction and property firm based in Schlieren, has begun the final phase of construction for the Waldstadt Pantli<\/a> development on the border between Schaffhausen and Stetten. According to a press release<\/a>, a further 41 owner-occupied flats are to be built as part of this phase.<\/p>\n

The overall project, which Halter AG is carrying out in collaboration with DOST Architektur GmbH<\/a> from Schaffhausen, covers an area of 47,600 square metres. By the end of 2028, a total of 276 flats \u2013 comprising 186 owner-occupied flats and 90 rental flats \u2013 are to be built in various sizes and, according to the company, in \u201cfive harmoniously coordinated design variants\u201d. Commercial premises are planned for the ground floor.<\/p>\n

With the Asga Pension Fund<\/a> coming on board for 90 rental flats, Halter AG is gaining \u201can official investor, enabling a rental housing offering within the development. \u201cIn this way, we are enhancing the diversity of use and supplementing the existing range of owner-occupied flats with an additional rental segment,\u201d says Roman Kummer, project manager at Halter AG<\/p>\n

The presentation on Waldstadt states that the development follows a clear urban planning concept with car-free access routes, communal open spaces and a central neighbourhood square. \u201cThe combination of nature-oriented living and good accessibility won us over. The project creates a diverse range of housing options within a clearly defined urban planning context,\u201d says Benjamin Bolt, Real Estate Transaction Manager at Asga.<\/p>\n

According to the plans, the housing development will be ready for occupation in phases from mid-2028, so that residents can move into their new homes by the end of 2028.
