The SFS Group<\/a>, based in Heerbrugg, has acquired Harald Zahn GmbH<\/a>, headquartered in Wiesloch. According to a press release<\/a>, by acquiring this specialist in flat roof fastenings from northern Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, SFS aims to strengthen its market position in the German and Austrian construction industries.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1981, Harald Zahn GmbH develops and manufactures high-quality fastening elements for flat roofs. In 2025, the company generated turnover of \u20ac8 million with 45 employees. It will be integrated into SFS\u2019s Fastening Systems segment at its Wiesloch site.<\/p>\n

The SFS Group has a presence in 35 countries across Asia, Europe and North America, with 150 sales and production sites. According to its own figures, it generated turnover of over 3 billion Swiss francs in 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
