The nominated research teams from nine Swiss universities will present their work on 5 November 2026 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissrei.ch\/schweizermeisterschaft-2026-die-besten-immobilien-forschungsbeitraege-schweizer-hochschulen-fuer-die-praxis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best of Research Congress<\/a>at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (<a href=\"https:\/\/fh-hwz.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HWZ<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The award will be given to the contribution that combines scientific rigour with high practical relevance and provides concrete impetus for the further development of the real estate industry. According to a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erne-gruppe.ch\/de\/news\/news-detail\/partnerschaft-erne-gruppe-und-swissrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>, the winner will be determined by a transparent process involving an expert audience from the real estate industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">&#8220;With our commitment, we promote practical research, strengthen the exchange between science and applied real estate practice, and contribute to the sustainable further development of our industry,&#8221; says Giuseppe Santagada, Group CEO of the ERNE Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The Best of Research Congress is considered one of the leading events for applied real estate research in Switzerland and is organised by the Swiss Real Estate Institute, a foundation of the HWZ, and the Swiss Real Estate Association (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.svit.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SVIT<\/a>).
