According to a press release, the acquisition particularly strengthens the digital acquisition of properties for sale. With this step, SMG Real Estate<\/span> is strengthening the business base of partnered real estate<\/span> agents and creating new opportunities to broker real estate<\/span> more efficiently.<\/p>\n The integration of www.immoverkauf24.ch-Portals will take place as part of an asset<\/span> deal, meaning that employees will not be taken over or integrated. The real estate<\/span> platform’s business in Germany and Austria will continue unchanged. According to the press release, the background to the takeover is the highly competitive Swiss residential market, particularly for owner-occupied homes for sale.
