Halter AG<\/a> has reached an important milestone in the AuPark project in Wädenswil, the Schlieren-based property developer<\/span> announced in a post<\/a> on LinkedIn<\/span>. Specifically, the first stage of the development was handed over to the client Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers on schedule. The second stage should be completed by 30 March next year.<\/p>\n

In the AuPark project<\/a>, five apartment blocks and commercial buildings with a total of 300 flats are being built around the eponymous central AuPark. The client, Swiss Life Asset<\/span> Managers, is having some of the flats built as affordable housing. The first 120 flats are now available to their new residents with the completion of the first phase. A number of commercial spaces were also completed in the first phase.
