The Executive Board will now comprise the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Real Estate<\/span>, Development, Acquisitions, Finance and Corporate Center divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Management with clear responsibilities and comprehensive expertise<br><\/strong>Nadia Mastacchi is taking over the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Real Estate<\/span> division, which now includes portfolio and transaction management as well as <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Property Management&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Englische Bezeichnung f&uuml;r Immobilien-Bewirtschaftung; vgl. &laquo;Bewirtschaftung&raquo;&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">property management<\/span>. This creates a uniform interface that strengthens the portfolio as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marco Tondel remains Head of Development and is also responsible for realization. Bundling these tasks increases cost efficiency and strengthens the value chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vinzenz Manser, with over 20 years of experience at Mobimo, is now in charge of acquisitions.
