The Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Swiss Properties real estate fund generated net income of CHF 30.3 million in the first half of the 2024\/25 financial year, which ended on March 31, 2025, Swiss<\/a> Life Asset Management Ltd<\/a> announced<\/a> in a press release<\/a>. Swiss Life Asset Manager intends to further optimize the current income and expenses of its real estate fund in the second half of the current financial year.
