Sika AG<\/a> is expanding its presence in Ecuador. In addition to its existing site in the economic area of Guayaquil, the globally active speciality chemicals company for construction and industry opened a second factory for mortar in Quito on 3 April, Sika announced<\/a> in a press release<\/a>. With the new site in the Ecuadorian capital, the company aims to optimise its nationwide supply chain through shorter transport routes and lower CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n
