The Hälg Group<\/a>, based in the St.GallenBodenseeArea, is taking over Oberhänsli AG Gebäudetechnik<\/a> from Bütschwil, which specializes in construction planning and execution. According to a press release<\/a>, the St.Gallen-based company intends to expand its market position in Toggenburg. In addition to opening up new markets, Hälg & Co. AG intends to expand its expertise in the area of air conditioning and ventilation by exchanging specialists.<\/p>\n

The current owners of Oberhänsli AG, Marianne and Peter Oberhänsli, will continue to run their company under the current name until the complete handover on January 1, 2026. Hälg will operate Bütschwil as an additional location. The Hälg Group will take on all 28 employees, including six apprentices, and continue to employ them.<\/p>\n
