Julius Baer<\/a> has renamed its subsidiary Kuoni Mueller & Partner Ltd. as Julius Baer Real Estate Ltd.<\/a> with effect from 1 September, the Zurich-based banking group announced<\/a> in a press release<\/a>. To this end, Julius Baer has now also acquired the remaining shares in the Zurich-based real estate services company, 83 percent of which were acquired in October 2021. The financial details of the complete takeover are not disclosed in the press release.<\/p>\n

Julius Baer Real Estate Ltd. is to be managed by Thomas Hodel from February next year. The designated Managing Director has “many years of sound experience in the transaction sector and in management positions in the real estate brokerage business relevant to Julius Baer Real Estate Ltd.”, according to the press release.
