Ciò significa che Nova Property Fund Management AG<\/a> , con sede a Zurigo, sarà in grado di negoziare il fondo immobiliare in borsa dal 13 dicembre, secondo un comunicato stampa<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Il fondo è attualmente negoziato fuori borsa tramite la Banca J. Safra Sarasin AG<\/a> . Inoltre, l’investimento dovrebbe essere incluso anche negli indici SXI Real Estate<\/span> Broad e SXI Real Estate<\/span> Funds Broad.<\/p>\n

Il portafoglio immobiliare ha attualmente un valore di mercato di 400 milioni di franchi. La direzione del fondo intende ampliare ulteriormente questo obiettivo investendo il patrimonio del fondo in immobili in località centrali in tutta la Svizzera.<\/p>\n
