Now, one year after the takeover and the successfully implemented corporate restructuring, Novosan AG is returning to its roots. The life partner of company co-founder Deneshini Santschi takes over the share package of the Spycher Group and the operational management of Novosan AG. The founder Hanspeter Santschi keeps his company shares and remains with the company.<\/p>
