The report Monitoring commercial rents comes to the following results:<\/p>
On the basis of these results, the Federal Council comes to the conclusion that there is currently little evidence of comprehensive and area-wide difficulties in the area of commercial rents. However, this does not rule out the possibility that there may be unsatisfactory constellations in individual cases. Depending on how the pandemic develops, the situation can quickly worsen.<\/p>
For this reason, the Federal Council is currently refraining from taking any measures (e.g. in the legislative area). However, it instructs the Federal Housing Office to continue the commercial rents working group and to discuss any support in the area of advice and information with the cantons. Der Bundesrat befasste sich verschiedentlich mit der Situation der Gesch\u00e4ftsmieten. Dabei vertrat er stets die Position, nicht in die privatrechtlichen Beziehungen zwischen Mieterinnen und Mietern und Vermieterinnen und Vermietern eingreifen zu wollen. Am 8. April beauftragte der Bundesrat das WBF, zusammen mit dem EFD, ein Monitoring der Situation im Bereich der Gesch\u00e4ftsmieten vorzunehmen und dem Bundesrat bis sp\u00e4testens Ende Oktober 2020 Bericht zu erstatten. Der Bundesrat hat diesen Monitoringbericht bereits am 7. Oktober 2020 zur Kenntnis genommen, um dem Parlament zu erm\u00f6glichen, die Behandlung des Covid-19-Gesch\u00e4ftsmietegesetzes in Kenntnis des Monitorings zu beginnen. Zu dieser Vorlage, die auf einen Auftrag des Parlaments zur\u00fcckgeht, hat der Bundesrat die Botschaft und den Gesetzesentwurf am 18.
