However, the authors of the study anticipate that the trend towards home office “will still bring some difficult quarters to the office market”.<\/p>\n Credit Suisse analysts explain that many inquirers were reluctant to rent new office space during the pandemic. They also expect that more and more companies will at least partially enable their employees to work from home in the long term. On the other hand, the analysts expect an increasing share of office work in the course of the digitization of the economy.
