Limmat Verwaltungs AG<\/a> has become Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG. Limmat Verwaltungs AG, founded in Schlieren in 1967, has been taken over by Elicere AG in Zug, according to a press release in 2019. The company was renamed from Limmat Bau-, Treuhand- und Verwaltungs AG to Limmat Verwaltungs AG.<\/p>\n

The administration is now to be continued under the new name, which refers to the new owner. The new company Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG is naturally based in Schlieren on Schulstrasse, at the previous address of the Limmat administration.<\/p>\n
