The new production hall of Edelweiss Fenster AG<\/a> in Münchwilen has been in operation since January 2021. According to a press release,<\/a> it houses one of the most modern and fastest production facilities for plastic windows in Switzerland. Their energy concept enables an environmentally and climate-friendly production process.<\/p>\n

Contrary to the trend of relocating production to low-wage countries, the company in Switzerland has invested in this 100-meter-long and 25-meter-wide production hall. “Thanks to the latest technology and a clear strategy, this new building will help us to strengthen our position as a quality window manufacturer,” CEO Walter Koller is quoted on the window manufacturer's website<\/a> from the St.GallenBodenseeArea. Despite the high level of automation in the new system, six new jobs have been created.<\/p>\n
