The Graubünden Pension Fund ( PKGR<\/a> ) has received an IAZI Real Estate<\/span> Investment Award 2021. It received an award in the “Best Pension Fund Portfolio” category. IAZI awards a total of nine awards. The basis for the selection of the winners<\/a> is an assessment based on eight key figures from the Swiss Property Benchmark of the consulting and service company IAZI<\/a> for the Swiss real estate<\/span> sector. According to a press release by the PKGR, this is the most representative benchmark for Swiss direct real estate<\/span> investments.<\/p>\n

PKGR's real estate<\/span> portfolio claims to have a market value of CHF 654 million.
