Zurich-based Helvetica Capital AG<\/a> is issuing new shares in the Helvetica Swiss Living Fund at CHF 109.68 each between May 10 and 26. With this, the company wants to generate additional equity. This means that the fund will grow to more than 800 apartments, which is intended to improve the diversification and distribution potential of the real estate<\/span> investment. The purchase is planned for immediately after payment of the capital increase on May 31st.<\/p>
