Procimmo SA<\/a> has raised around 70 million francs on the capital market for its real estate<\/span> fund Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56, the asset<\/span> manager of collective real estate<\/span> investments informs in a message<\/a> . According to her, the capital increase was significantly oversubscribed. The company sees this as "a clear vote of confidence on the part of investors in the fund," says the press release.<\/p>\n The 64 million francs that have been brought in are intended, on the one hand, to reduce the fund's debt financing ratio. On the other hand, Procimmo wants to use the new capital for the continuation of existing construction projects, is explained in the communication.
